Every project page also includes a question submission section. We encourage you to ask thoughtful, relevant questions. The appropriate party will provide responses, and those questions and answers will be posted publicly in a Q&A section on that specific project page. This website is not intended to circumvent any existing processes, votes, or regulations. We fully respect that residents have previously voted on certain matters. However, the most recent vote occurred in 2016, and a great deal has changed since then — particularly following the devastating effects of Hurricanes Helene and Milton. As our community rebuilds, it is important that residents have access to current, factual information to support meaningful discussions.

We have seen strong support for various projects, and we also recognize that some residents do not support them. This platform exists so that conversations can be grounded in accurate information, not speculation.
